The sixties in America - The decade of youth, as millions of children from the post-war baby boom became teenagers and young adults. They took opposition against the conservative fifties and it eventually resulted in revolutionary ways of thinking and real change in the cultural life of America and later in the rest of the world. No longer content to be images of the generation before them, young people wanted real change. These changes affected education, values, lifestyles, laws, 
…and of course: Music!
